Oriental Landscapes Ltd.

Oriental Landscapes Ltd. (OLL) was established in 1979 initially to take up the maintenance obligations of the newly landscaped areas within the Tai Koo Shing Development. We have been on the list of landscape specialist contractors under HK Government Development Bureau and HK Housing Authority since 1985.

The company is included in the Hong Kong Government Development Bureau’s List of Specialist Contractors for Public Works in General Landscaping Class I Group II (unlimited value) and Hydroseeding & Grassing Class II Group II and Hong Kong Housing Authority List of Selected Specialist Contractors for Landscaping Group II works (confirmed status).

A total nursery area of over 14,000m2 in Pat Heung Kam Tin ensures that there is always a
readily available supply of high quality plant material close to hand.

The company is proud of its achievements to date and can list all of the major institutions in Hong Kong including those of China Light & Power, Mass Transit Railway Corporation, Hong Kong Electric Company, Hong Kong & China Gas Company, Water Supplies Department, HK Jockey Club, HK Yacht Club, HK Golf Club, HK Police Force, HK Red Cross, Hospital Authority, HKHA, ASD, LCSD, HKHS and all major Educational Establishments including Schools and Tertiary Education Establishments HKU, CUH, HKBU, HKPU, City U, Open U, ESF as regular clients.

We have also worked with Property Developers including Swire Properties, Sino Group, Henderson Land, Cheung Kong Holdings, Chinachem Holdings, Kerry Properties, Wing Tai Properties, HK Land, Emperor Group, Dairy Farm Properties, Hysan Development, Jones Lang LaSalle, Citybase, Hutchison Whampoa, Supreme Management (Leighton Hill), Kadoorie Estate, Guardian. International Recognition

OLL’s projects and contribution to the improvement of the environment have won international recognition and praise culminating in the winning of the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) International Principal Award and Award of Merit. In addition, we achieved the Green Project Award from Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects. We have also been presented with the Merit Award from the Leisure & Cultural Services Dept. More recently, we have received Certificates from Hong Kong Environmental Protection Association for participation in their Wood Recycling, Reduction of Carbon & Pollutant Emissions Scheme.

In recognition of the importance that both we and the Hong Kong Government place upon site safety related matters, OLL has developed its own safety policy and safety manual relating specifically to the nature of the business. To strengthen awareness, in 2019, a Safety/Environmental Team was established by OLL and earned ISO certificates ISO 14001 : 2015 for Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 : 2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

We have produced and continue to develop a Quality Management and Quality Assurance System which is compatible with the systems of most Main Contractors and Institutional Clients. To instill quality, OLL established an ISO team and earned the certification of its Management Quality System that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2015 in 2019.
